Wow. An actually good chicken sandwich in Utah. I haven't been this impressed with a chicken sandwich since my vacation to California. This place is killer, the restaurant is clean, the music and vibe is amazing. And these fries are also probably the best I've had. Nowhere near compares. Great portions too, I couldn't finish it in one go.

I would say the hype is real. The sandwich is huge, I wouldn’t bother getting fries unless you are planning on sharing. The chicken is cooked well, juicy and crispy (I will mention it is not white meat. Im fine with that but just in case). The coleslaw, pickles and bread were great. I got mild because I wasn’t sure, but I wish I had gotten the medium. Even though I ordered it to go, the person behind the counter was super nice and attentive. If ever around and craving a good fried chicken sandwich, I would definitely keep this in mind!

Pretty Bird has been on my list of places I've wanted to eat at and I finally went today. I regret not having gone earlier! I got the Fried Chicken Sandwich Combo with the Mexican Street Corn Salad as the side. The salad was good, but the sandwich was...WOW. One of, if not, the best chicken sandwich I've had. You can tell the ingredients are quality too. With the sauce and slaw, I could easily see the bun disintegrating but that is not the case with this bun. Not dense but definitely substantial. The slaw is the chicken sandwich equivalent of icing on a cake- they pair phenomenally together. Not having been there, I expected to pay 20 but it was 17.59 for the combo with tax. It is a bit more spendy than other chicken places but well worth the few extra bucks. We dined in and they were literally playing all of my favorite music. I'm usually not a fan of crinkle-cut fries but I tried the ones my friends got and they were the best crinkle-cut fries I've had. My only regret is not having got them. Great experience and I will be back soon!

Best chicken place we've been to!! And we've been to a lot haha. The customer service was amazing as well, Jon went above and beyond to make our experience great, he's the best! The mild chicken strips were a perfect combination of spice and delicious flavor. The chicken sandwich was amazing, the fries were the perfect crispy consistency. And the signature sauce is delicious. 100% would recommend everyone trying pretty bird!!

My favorite chicken sandwich joint. Does it feel a little pricey? Yes but I find myself coming back again and again. Plus the portion sizes don’t disappoint. The flavors of their fried chicken sandwich is second to none. I also like their crinkle cut fries with their pretty bird sauce. Does it feel like they are nickel and diming you with charging 0.50 for their pretty bird sauce? Absolutely. Thats probably my biggest disappointment about this place, but not enough to knock their star rating. And pro tip -if you like red slaw vinaigrette, get theirs on the side so you have more to compliment flavors in the sandwich.

Honestly the best fried chicken sandwich I've had and I've had many as this is a very competitive space right now. The chicken was moist and juicy on the inside and crispy and flaky on the outside. The bun was soft but robust enough to hold all that beautiful chicken with amazing pickles. The fries were crispy and flavorful, the house sauce was excellent: sweet and savory. The ranch was also incredible. The staff were friendly and polite, he let us know that they had just dropped a fresh batch of chicken so our order would take a few minutes but it was still served to us quickly and well worth the few minutes. I will definitely be going back to Pretty Bird again.

So this place really is worth the visit. Yeah there’s like a 1000 hot chicken places around, but I had a unique experience here. First of all their sandwich is HUGE. Probably 1.5x the normal size and the price is about the same. Also their speciality, unlike Dave’s Hot Chicken, isn’t their sauce exactly (not saying their sauce is mid, cuz it’s great), but it’s their spices. In some sort of a pleasant but unexpected twist they had some sweetness with the spiciness. It must have been brown sugar or something. Either way it was a dang good lunch, I’ll be coming back. And their playlist is awesome too. I heard Chicago, Led Zeppelin, STYX, Fleetwood Mac.

This was our first time at Pretty Bird Hot Chicken. The first thing we noticed was that the restaurant was super clean and very cute and stylish inside! We love the atmosphere and the soundtrack they played was really good. It was easy to order at the kiosk. The best thing is that they serve Coca-Cola products! The chicken took a little bit of time coming out, but I noticed that they were making it fresh so it was worth the wait. We got the garlic wings and chicken. Cutlet fries are good but typical for crinkle cut fries. We would definitely come back to this Pretty Bird!
